British Dressage AREA FESTIVAL - Thursday 30th July

As per BD RULES we are currently required to check all passports prior to you competing

In order to do this without disrupting your enjoyment on the day  - 

ALL COMPETITORS MUST

send a copy of the horses vaccination record including the front page of the passport via email prior to the competition

Just a couple of notes to remember;

 


 

strictly NO LUNGING ANYWHERE 

 

 

 

 

No callers/ Readers for Championship tests - and NO whips

 

It is YOUR responsibility to be correctly dressed and ready to ride your test at the given time - no one elses - please help us all to have an enjoyable event by being ready in plenty of time, boots off etc

If in doubt, please do come and see us, happy to help - if we are not in the score shed by The Graze On Arena just ask in the cafe and we will get to you as soon as we can

FOR THOSE STABLING ON SITE - 

If possible, those arriving the night before their competition for stabling please try to be in before 8.30pm -

 if you are going to arrive after that please let us know so we can arrange to park you in the right place and get you in the right stable

 

For those that have booked a stable - PLEASE REMEMBER - STABLE USE IS 5.30pm on the night you have booked  TO 5.30PM THE NEXT DAY -

any bedding required should have been pre booked or bring your own

 

 

 

FOR THOSE STABLING ON SITE ONLY - Warm up arena next to the stables will be available for use each evening

 

6pm to 7pm

 

(Wednesday Eve will be 6.30pm to 7.30pm)
