1. Entries are pre entry only
  2. Rule 76.6 will be applied to all BS classes unless otherwise stated and prize money awarded according to ratio of entries. Prize money will be paid back to the card used to make entry for all  shows
  3. Unaffiliated competitions, Rosettes to 6th Place only if sufficient entries. Prize money ratio where applicable;  5-9=1st prize, 10-14-2nd prize, 15+=3rd prize. . Prize money will be paid back to the card that made the entries
  4. The organisers shall not be liable for any claims in respect of damage or accident to any person, whether competitor, servant or spectator, horse, vehicle or property, howsoever caused in conjunction with or arising out of the show.
  5. Competitors must wear correct Riding clothes in accordance with BS rules.
  6. It is mandatory for all members to wear a protective helmet to British Standard EN1384, ASTM F 1163 or PAS 015.
  7. Lunging is not permitted anywhere on the showground.
  8. In the event of insufficient starters in any class, prize money will be withheld
  9. Rule 82.21 No member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any show jumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk of injury.’
  10. Any objections must be made to the organiser within 30 minutes of the completion of the event, accompanied by a deposit of £100 which may be forfeited if the objection is overruled. The decision of the judges is final.
  11. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate classes at their discretion.
  12. All entries booked and not taken must be paid for. No refunds will be given unless the class is cancelled.
  13. All dogs must be kept on leads.
  14. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.
  15. Distribution of leaflets and or advertising material is strictly forbidden without the prior consent of Michael or Michelle Bainbridge any illegal distribution will be subject to costs of  £100
  16. The Management reserves the right to resuse entry to the competition and or Show site, alter or amend rules at their discretion
  17. Credit Card and Debit Card payments can be made by Visa, Delta and Switch. NO CHEQUES
  18. Pre-Entries cannot be refunded once entries have closed unless class is cancelled. Entries booked and then cancelled before close of entries will be refunded minus a £5 admin fee
  19. Booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances
  20. Be polite when dealing with ourselves or our staff – the louder you shout the less you will achieve.
  21. Refunds will be be subject to a £5 Admin fee at the managments descretion.
  22. Any entry made without a date on will be entered into the next show - please make sure you include the show date at all times and check your confirmation e mail that details entered are correct - it is your responsibility.
  23. All pre-entries credited forward, for what ever reason will need to be used within 12 months of the origional entry date, if not used within this timeframe the credit will be void
  24. All queries realting to a show/ entries/ refunds etc must be made within a 30 day period of that show date otherwise all matters will be considered finalised.
  25. Unused Entries cannont be 'sold' or otherwise to a third party. If you are unable to make use of entries booked and have missed the cancellation notice then unfortunately you forfeit your entries.

Please make sure your Flu vaccinations are up to date - Annual vaccination required (6 month booster is advised but not mandatory) or 1st 2 jabs if you have started a new course (and 3rd jab within 215 days of the 2nd jab) - Please note - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THESE ARE UP TO DATE - Passports must be carried with your horse and may be checked. Anyone found not to be fully vaccinated will be turned away.

Please make sure your horse is fit and healthy. If your horse is 'under the weather' or you are not sure, please leave them at home. Thank you.

Refunds or credits will NOT be issued if you are sent away due to not being vaccinated or refused entry onto the site for whatever reason.
