Please note - all classes are pre entry - please make sure you have booked by Thursday 21st MAY, 1pm using booking form on right hand side

Drawn orders will then be published on website on Thursday eve   - home page, TIMINGS

Please note - all entry fees include VAT at 20%

On booking - if you require 2 or more entries in the SAME class - please add all details then on next page CHANGE NUMBER MANUALLY to 2 (or more) AND PRESS RECALCULATE to add the correct number of entries for the class

(Late entries may be available at entry fee + £6 per class - please still book via website)  

Entry fees cannot be refunded once entries have closed unless class is cancelled. Entries booked and then cancelled before close of entries will be refunded minus a £5 admin fee (please e mail your request to withdraw by close of entries to portroyal.eec@outlook.com )

Please note - all prize money will be paid back onto the card you entered with within 48 hours of the show
