Late entries may be available but at £10 extra per class - but please help us to help you by entering on time - Once a class reaches 45 after entries close no late entries will be allowed.

 Entry fees cannot be refunded once entries have closed unless class is cancelled.

Entries booked and then cancelled before close of entries will be refunded minus a £10 admin fee

Withdrawal due to qualification at another event - due to  BD rule - please e mail to withdraw, refund will be 50% if made after close of entries (withdrawal under this rule must be made by e mail by Monday 19th Aug, 11am,  at the latest - no refund after this time)

 

 

All entry fees for Area Festival classes include VAT at 20%

Writers! We need you! - a fantastic way to get involved and learn some valuable tips along the way

 if you feel you have a few hours or more, every day or just 1, we would love you to be involved in this event - no experience necessary but if you would like some training we can arrange this at one of our many competitions before the Area Festival - please do get in touch with dates you are available, particularly what you could do over the Area Festival event then I can let you know further details nearer the time portroyal.eec@outlook.com

Opportunities to get involved;

 

• Advertising/ Sponsorship – get your company name linked on the website, display a banner around the arena, have leaflets available on site – Prices start from as little as £150

 

• Trade stands – come for a day or stay for the duration – a great chance to promote your business to this audience – remember, it doesn’t just have to be horsey stuff, Riders use ‘green power’, cars, homewares, art, pet supplies ……..! From as little as £80 per day (depending on space & requirements) + discount for staying the duration

 

• Champagne reception at each Prize giving – want your business advertising at each Prize giving over the whole show? We are looking for a sponsor to supply Champagne/ Cava for each ceremony to really add a touch of the celebration to the proceedings and would like to offer a glass of Bucks Fizz to all the Riders (and possibly spectators?) Can you help? In return you would receive commentary on your support at the end of each class and at the Prize givings, would be welcome to supply a banner to be displayed and leaflets to be distributed from the marquee – and lots of happy customers toasting your good health!
