Wednesday Night Show Jumping This schedule from Feb 2010 **DON'T FORGET - Horse and Ponies will jump together but will be judged separately Juniors - Ponies 14.2hh and under, Riders 16 years and under Seniors - Horses exceeding 14.2hh, Riders any age Gates and Café open 5.30pm 6.00pm Start - Clear Round. (Max height 65cm / 2ft)Entry fee £5. Rosettes to all clears. Limited places. To start promptly at 7.00pm Entry fee £9. Prizes 1st £10, 2nd £7, 3rd £5 (depending on entries) Rosettes to 6th place. All classes will be run as two phase competitions - this means that fences 1-8 are jumped as usual. If clear at this point, competitors will continue into the timed section (without stopping or turning a circle). Class 1 - 'Night Owls' 70cm Two Phase. Max height 70cm (2ft3) in first section of the course. Class 2 - 'Night Owls' 75cm Two phase. Max height 75cm (2ft6) in first section of the course. Class 3 -'Rider of the Year' - 1st Round Qualifier, Two Phase Max height 85cm (2ft9) in first section of the course Double Clear required in this class to qualify for the final of the 'Rider of the Year' Finals on Sunday 28th March 2010 - Double Clears after this time will qualify for the Show Jumper of the Year 2010 Final to be held at Port Royal in Sept of that year. 'Night Owls' Show Jumping Series Points throughout the Winter (2009/10) and Summer season (2010) for Classes 1 and 2 on Wednesday Night Show Jumping. Junior and Senior Rider with the most points at the end of the Summer season (2010) will be named 'Night Owls Champion 2010' and will win a Rug, Jacket and Trophy Points awarded 1st to 6th Place. 1st = 6pts, 2nd = 5pts and so on.
